Single Server Failure DR
SecurStore will provide its own backup appliance to the customer premises which will handle all backup activities. Additionally that server will run the necessary software to run a virtual version of any server in the DR scope that the customer has defined.
In the event of a single server failing within the customer environment, they can turn on a virtual copy of the server on the SecurStore appliance. This will make the failed server, available on the network in a matter of minutes. The definition of which servers and data should be available through this service is done by the customer but the configuration and the setup is done with the assistance of the SecurStore support.
